Our stay at the property was delightful. The suite was exceptional, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The rooms and the big space in the king-size appartement. Good location, cleanliness. Good price ,quality ratio. The parking under the hotel and outside was also good and easy.

we booked king suite which has a magnificent view that made us extend our stay , the location is perfect with many eateries and supermarkets just below the hotel, rooms are soundproof although being on a busy street not much noise , staff are helpful and house keeping is good. breakfast was good and water,turkish coffee and instant coffee available at reception for free all the time.

Welcoming staff, decent rooms and breakfast. Next to restaurants, cafe’s, and grocery. Quite area Away from downtown and main streets congestion’s, ample parking. The residence is kind to f top of hill, you would have excellent scenery in the horizon ( garden view 2nd floor). Reasonably priced Karting in the basement of the building, big plus for kids)

We were upgraded to a luxury suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a good bathroom. It was good value for money. Since we were only staying one night we didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities. The location was great as it was only a short drive to the cable cars by the lake.

The gentleman in front office Mr.Faris was a amazing guy.Very good at English and caring man.He upgraded our room with small charge from standard room to a luxury and big suit.Very clean and comfortable suit .breakfast also was very good in an open area.

The price is really fair. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Faris Abo Zant. The rooms are spacious. The location is great.
